I’m not in Northern Indy but I’m interested in a party! Do you travel?

Depending on your location, we do travel for a $100 travel fee (covers both the set up and pick up travel). Feel free to inquire at info@cozycampersindy.com

I don’t see a theme I want. Can I do a custom theme?

Absolutely! We love adding new themes to the collection and provide this option for a $100 fee. Reach out to us to collaborate and we’ll turn your kiddo’s interests into a custom sleepover experience.

What comes with the package?

CozyCampers Indy supplies the air mattress, teepee, fitted sheet, blanket, decorative pillows, teepee decorations and bed table. It is important to note that we do not supply head pillows for hygienic purposes. Please inform your guests to bring their own sleeping pillow!

Do you have any additional services you provide?

Yes! We collaborate with several vendors in the Indy area to provide face painting, cookies, balloons, etc.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. We understand things come up, and we’ll work with you as best as possible to find a new date.

Can I change the number of campers we’ll have?

You are welcome to add campers up to 48 hours prior to the event, however, once the initial deposit is submitted to secure the date, you cannot decrease the count.
